Good to know
The things party planners ask us most. Anything else — just call Nicky or Shaun.
As a rule of thumb, allow the castle size plus about 4ft (1.2m) all around for the blower, mats and safe bouncing. A flat lawn or patio is perfect. Not sure it'll fit? Send us your postcode and a quick photo of the space and we'll confirm before you book.
Yes — one normal household plug socket within about 25 metres does the job. The blower runs quietly the whole time to keep the castle firm. We bring heavy-duty extension leads, and the same applies for hall hires.
Every castle has a rain cover built in, so a light shower won't stop the fun — the bouncers stay dry underneath. If the forecast turns really nasty (heavy rain or high winds), safety comes first and we'll happily move your booking to a new date at no cost.
Usually 20–30 minutes to deliver, anchor down, inflate and run our safety checks — and about the same to pack away. We'll always arrive and have everything ready before your party start time.
Standard hire is a full day — typically dropped off in the morning and collected early evening. Want to keep the party going? Ask about overnight hire when you book.
We're Midlands based and free local delivery is included with every hire. A bit further afield? We can usually still deliver for a small fee — tell us your postcode and we'll confirm straight away.
